We have used many rods over the years and there is a reason most of our current rods are sage. It is our opinion they are one of, if not the best rod company out there.
Sage Rods are known for there durability and customer service. They rarely break and should you ever have to deal with fixing a rod, which have a lifetime warranty, or have questions dealing with their pro form service you will have nothing less than a great experience.
You would think this would be true of all rod companies but Sage goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. There is no worse feeling then fighting a prized Steelhead and have your rod snap for no reason. With a Sage Rod, as long as you match thee weight with your fish this worry is gone. Of course, sage reels are great too!
A great fly rod in their lineup is the TCR. It is not cheap (at just over 700 dollars) but if you like fast action fly rods then this is a rod for you. You will love fishing this rod in saltwater or rivers where long casts with big flies are key.
